Longer Synopsis:
In a culture obsessed with quick fixes and punishing routines, The Good Living Code offers a revolutionary, sustainable alternative. Author Holly Bonvissuto—a yoga teacher, cpt, mobility specialist, and health coach—presents a science-backed framework forged from her own journey through misdiagnosis, autoimmune disease, injury, and menopause. The 4S Method provides a holistic, adaptable system designed to help individuals, especially women in midlife and beyond, build resilience and feel vibrantly alive. A standout feature is the concept of Pocket Movements—bite-sized, “exercise snacking” practices that prove consistency with small, intentional actions outperforms sporadic, perfectionist plans.

Long Bio:
Holly Bonvissuto is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), personal trainer, mobility specialist and holistic health & wellness coach. Her journey to becoming a trusted wellness guide was forged in the crucible of personal health crisis. After years of pushing her body as a teacher, runner, and mom, a cascade of unexplained symptoms—ultimately diagnosed as lupus—forced her to stop and listen. Through this journey, she discovered that real health isn’t about brute force or quick fixes, but about a sustainable, compassionate partnership with the body. A certified yoga teacher, holistic health coach, and mobility specialist trained under experts like Dr. Kelly Starrett and Sage Rountree, Holly now integrates yoga science, functional movement, and nervous system regulation into a powerful, accessible framework: the 4S Method™. Her mission is to help people, especially women navigating midlife transitions, autoimmune challenges, and the pressures of “grind culture,” build resilient foundations so they can move with ease, age vibrantly, and feel at home in their bodies. She is the author of The Good Living Code and lives in the Atlanta area with her family.
