What is Forest Therapy?

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) is a Japanese practice of mindful immersion in nature. It’s not hiking or exercise—it’s about slowing down, awakening your senses, and letting the forest’s calming energy restore you.

Forest Therapy Sessions

There are two ways to book:

Join Holly at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve

Johns Creek, GA

  • Select Saturdays - March 22, April 12, May 24- 12-2pm
  • Register in advance here: http://bit.ly/42XAKBf

Private Two Hour Forest Therapy Walk

  • These sessions are booked for a minimum of  8, maximum of 15 people. 
  • Arrange to have Holly guide a walk at a previously agreed-upon location.
  • The base rate for 2 hour session is $45 per person; scouting and travel fees may apply depending upon the location.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required depending on the location.
  • Weather may impact scheduling.
