Sundays - Flow + Mobility 10:30-11:30 am Johns Creek


Mondays - Roll + Restore 5:00-6:00 pm 

                     - Warm Vinyasa 6:30-7:30 pm Johns Creek (both)


Wednesdays - Warm Vinyasa 7:00-8:00am Johns Creek


Fridays - Hot Vinyasa 9:30-10:30 am Alpharetta

                 - All Levels Flow 12:00-1:00 pm Johns Creek


Saturdays - Hot Vinyasa 8:00-9:15 am 

                       - Roll + Restore 9:30-10:30 am Alpharetta (both)

Class Offerings

Every class is an invitation to meet your body where it is today. My classes are designed to help you move better and feel your best.

  • Flowing Practices – Build strength and flexibility through mindful movement
  • Mobility Sessions – Improve joint health and movement efficiency
  • Restorative Classes – Release tension with therapeutic tools and paced breathing
