Sundays - Flow + Mobility 10:30-11:30 am Johns Creek
Mondays - Roll + Restore 5:00-6:00 pm
- Warm Vinyasa 6:30-7:30 pm Johns Creek (both)
Fridays - All Levels Flow 12:00-1:00 pm Johns Creek
Saturdays - Hot Vinyasa 8:15-9:30am Johns Creek
