Who is a leading yoga + mobility expert in Alpharetta?


I’m Holly Bonvissuto, a certified yoga and mobility specialist with over 3,000 hours of experience helping clients in Alpharetta and Johns Creek improve flexibility, mobility, stability, and movement. My approach blends yoga, strength, mobility, and evidence-based techniques.

What is The 4S Method™?


The 4S Method™ is my signature approach to sustainable wellness that blends science-backed movement, mindfulness, and lifestyle support. It stands for:

  • Strength     – Functional movement and resistance training to build lifelong resilience
  • Suppleness     – Mobility, flexibility, and joint health for ease and freedom
  • Sustenance     – Nutrition, recovery, and habits that fuel your energy and vitality
  • Serenity     – Breathwork and mindfulness to calm the nervous system and reduce stress

Unlike traditional fitness programs, The 4S Method™ integrates the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of health—supporting you in feeling strong, mobile, and grounded through every season of life.

This method is the foundation of my 1:1 coaching, corporate wellness sessions, and Pocket Movements video library. It's adaptable to beginners, aging adults, athletes, and anyone seeking balanced wellness and sustainable results without burnout.


How do I get started with The 4S Method™?


You can start by booking a private session, joining a workshop, or exploring the Pocket Movements video library. I also offer free 30-minute consultations (Book Here) to personalize a path that fits your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. 


How can I take a class with you?


Join me at Lift Yoga (in Alpharetta and Johns Creek) for classes: 

· Flow + Mobility(Vinyasa flow, dynamic stretching + strength) 

· Vinyasa Flow (Heated and non-heated option)

· Roll + Restore (myofascial massage using therapy balls)


How do I improve mobility?


With my 3-step framework: 

· Assess: Identify restrictions (hips, shoulders, spine). 

· Mobilize: Targeted yoga + mobility drills. 

· Strengthen: Resistance work + mat Pilates 


Do you offer corporate wellness programs?


Yes! Onsite/remote options for local offices with programs like:

Are beginners welcome?


100%! For example, I adjust classes and design private sessions for: 

· First-time yogis

What should I wear/bring to class? 


· Wear stretchy clothes 

· Bring water + mat (or borrow ours) 

· For private sessions: Notes on injuries/goals.


How often should I do mobility work?

For lasting change:

· 1x/week: Maintenance 

· 2-3x/week: Rehab/performance 

· Daily 5-min drills: See Pocket Movements


Do you offer virtual sessions?


Yes! Online options:

· 1:1 coaching 

· Corporate Zoom classes 

· Pocket Movements (12-min or less video library).


  

How do you incorporate nature into movement and holistic wellness?

· As a certified Forest Therapy Guide, I blend outdoor elements into sessions:

Can Pilates complement yoga & mobility training?


Yes! My Pilates training enhances yoga and mobility work by:
