Movement Philosophy

Movement should empower, not exhaust. Grounded in biomechanics, neuroscience, and evidence-based yoga practice, my approach cuts through fitness fads to deliver real-world results for:

What Defines My Approach?

With certifications as an E-RYT 500, a Yoga Corrective Exercise (YCES) and TRS-C Mobility, I analyze movement patterns to:

  • Reduce joint stress during exercise (and daily life)
  • Optimize form for injury-resistant strength
  • Bridge yoga’s wisdom with modern rehab science (e.g., using breath & stabilize joints)


Progressive Over Perfect

  • Functional milestones (carrying groceries > arbitrary rep counts)
  • Nervous system recovery (stress management is part of strength)
  • Data-driven adjustments (sleep, pain, and energy tracking)
