Movement should empower, not exhaust. It should meet you where you are—and help you get where you want to be, without burnout or injury.


My approach blends biomechanics, neuroscience, and evidence-based yoga with intuitive, heart-led guidance. No fitness fads. No rigid protocols. Just sustainable practices that help you feel strong, mobile, and calm—in your body and your life.

With thousands of hours teaching and guiding, and certifications as an E-RYT 500, Yoga Corrective Exercise Specialist (YCES), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and TRS-C Mobility Specialist, I don’t just lead classes—I listen to your body’s story.

  • Optimize movement patterns for resilient, injury-resistant strength
  • Bridge yoga’s ancient wisdom with modern science—using breath to stabilize, mindfulness to recover, and nature to restore

As a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, I weave nature’s wisdom into our work. Studies show that green exercise reduces stress by up to 20% more than indoor workouts. Together, we leverage:
