Holly found yoga as a prenatal student in 2000. She did not realize the impact yoga would make, but quickly found the benefits of a regular practice extended far beyond her physical body. Yoga has become a cornerstone of her life.
By weaving mindfulness through attention, perception, and sensation, Holly helps students to develop enhanced self-awareness. She guides others both on and off the mat, offering expertise in Yoga, Mobility, Resistance, and Personal Training, as well as Forest Therapy and Holistic Health Coaching. Her mission is to create safe and inclusive physical practices while leading students toward finding sthira and sukha—stability and ease—in both yoga and life. Holly is passionate about helping others cultivate holistic well-being through strength, mobility, and mindfulness, supporting healthful aging and longevity.
